Tear-outs and gut-outs across Oakland County and Metro Detroit — protected, contained, and fully hauled away. Hire us for the demolition only, or keep one contractor and roll straight into the rebuild.
Some homeowners just need a clean space to hand to their own crew. Others want one team to tear it out and rebuild it. Goose does both — demolition is our front door, not our whole business.
We protect the space, remove what's in scope, control the dust, and haul every bit of debris away — then hand you a broom-clean shell ready for whoever's next.
Book demolition →Keep one point of contact from tear-out through finish. We demo it, then rebuild it — kitchens, baths, basements, and full interiors — with a written scope and a managed schedule.
See the remodel side →Selective (just the parts you want gone) or a full gut — you tell us the line, we hold it.
Uninstalled and removed without wrecking what stays.
Carpet, hardwood, LVP, tile, and thinset down to subfloor.
Full or partial, including popcorn and dropped ceilings.
Disconnected safely, then removed and hauled.
Opened up or taken out to reshape the space.
Removed with proper engineering and beam support — done right, not risky.
The difference between demolition and a mess is the prep. Here's how we keep the rest of your home protected.
We confirm exactly what's coming out and what stays — no surprises.
Floor and surface protection on the paths that stay, plus plastic containment to seal off the work area.
Plumbing, electrical, and gas to the area shut off and capped safely before anything comes down.
Containment, negative-air where it makes sense, and clean-as-we-go so it doesn't spread through the house.
Selective or full tear-out, working methodically instead of just swinging hammers.
Everything loaded and removed — dumpster or trailer — so nothing's left in your yard.
We leave the space swept and ready — for your crew, or for our rebuild.
We're a new company documenting every job as we go. Real before/after photos from Oakland County projects will live here.
Either. Plenty of our demo jobs are demolition-only — we tear out, clean up, and hand you the space. If you'd rather keep one contractor through the rebuild, we can do that too. Your call, no pressure.
It depends on the room, what's coming out, and how it's hauled — a single-room tear-out is very different from a full gut. We give you a clear written number after a quick walkthrough, so you're not guessing.
Simple interior tear-outs often don't, but anything structural — like removing a load-bearing wall — usually does, and your city may require one. We'll tell you what's needed for your project and handle the paperwork when it applies.
Yes — but only the right way. That means confirming whether it's load-bearing, getting the proper engineering, and installing a beam to carry the load. We won't take shortcuts on structure.
We handle safe disconnection and capping of utilities to the work area before demolition starts. Nothing comes down until it's safe.
That's the whole point of doing it right. We seal off the work area with containment, protect the floors and paths that stay, use dust control, and clean as we go.
Yes — full debris removal is included. We load and remove everything by dumpster or trailer and leave the space broom-clean. Nothing gets left in your driveway.
Older Metro Detroit homes can have both. If we suspect it, we'll pause and get proper testing before disturbing anything — safety and the law come first.
Tell us what needs to come out. We'll walk it, scope it, and give you a real number — demolition-only or all the way through the remodel.
