◆ Water-Damage Tear-Out · Oakland County, MI

Wet materials out,
so it can dry and rebuild.

After a leak, flood, or burst pipe — wet drywall, soaked flooring, ruined insulation, and damaged subfloor cut out and hauled across Oakland County and Metro Detroit. We're the tear-out crew that opens it up so it can dry, not a restoration company pretending otherwise.

Straight with you

We're the demo, not the whole restoration

Plenty of companies will sell you a full "restoration" package. Our job is narrower and honest: get the wet, ruined materials out fast and clean so the structure can dry and someone can rebuild — often us, once it's dry. Certified drying and mold remediation is a specialist's job, and we'll tell you when you need one.

Straight answers

Water-damage tear-out FAQs

Are you a water-restoration company?

No — and we won't pretend to be. We're the demolition crew that removes the wet, ruined materials so the structure can dry and be rebuilt. Certified drying and mold remediation is a specialist's job.

Do you handle mold?

We remove the wet materials that feed it. If there's active mold, that's a remediation specialist's job — we flag it before it gets covered up.

Can you rebuild after it dries?

Yes — once the space is dry, we can carry it into the drywall, flooring, and finish work as one contractor.

Do you work with insurance and adjusters?

We can document what we remove with photos and a clear scope for your adjuster — we're the tear-out line item, done clean.

What does water-damage tear-out cost?

It depends on how much is wet and how far it spread. We give you a clear number after a quick look, and document it for your claim.
