Kitchen demolition FAQs

Can you just do the demo and let my installer take over?

Absolutely. We do plenty of demolition-only kitchen tear-outs and hand off a clean, ready space. If you'd like us to handle the new kitchen too, we can — one contractor, start to finish.

How long does a kitchen tear-out take?

Most standard kitchens come out in a day or two, depending on size, flooring, and whether walls are moving. We'll give you a realistic timeline at the walkthrough.

Can you save my appliances or cabinets?

Yes — tell us what you want kept and we'll carefully set it aside instead of demoing it.

Who disconnects the gas line and plumbing?

We safely disconnect and cap water, gas, and electrical to the kitchen before anything comes out.

Can you open the wall between my kitchen and dining room?

If it's non-load-bearing, yes. If it's load-bearing, we do it the right way — engineering plus a beam to carry the load.

Do you clean up and haul everything?

Yes. Debris removal is included and we leave the space broom-clean.
